Join as a Project Manager, where you will work closely with Legal and Governance and the aligned technology team to drive digital transformation initiatives, implement business strategy and assist in re-engineering operations. Your focus will be on driving simplification and efficiency, enhancing the client experience and improving risk and control frameworks. Macquarie is at the forefront of legal digital transformation and this exciting role is expected to be highly visible, valued and critical to successful implementation of a portfolio of opportunities in support of the legal and governance teams.
You will be involved in project management of multiple projects at various stages of project lifecycle (from initiation to implementation), developing and managing project plans / roadmaps, identifying key project activities and resource needs, while using your risk mindset to identify, communicate and manage project risks. You will have the ability to understand and track key project dependencies across the portfolio and develop project materials and presentations that support transparent communication, buy-in, tracking and prioritisation. You will also be able to leverage your stakeholder skills to influence and drive project outcomes including supporting teams to make appropriate decisions to overcome blockers.
