Job Description

- Drive cross-functional collaboration by coordinating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution
- Define and measure KPIs for each project, sharing insights with R&D leadership and proactively addressing challenges
- Support end-to-end project planning and execution across departments, ensuring alignment between Product, R&D, and Operations
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on track
- Maintain and improve project management tools and dashboards for greater visibility and effectiveness
- Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team performance
- Deliver clear and concise status updates and presentations to leadership
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to boost productivity and collaboration
- 1- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Project Analyst in a tech company
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field – advantage

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and support project execution across our tech and business departments.
This position reports directly to the VP of R&D and involves close, day-to-day collaboration with the R&D leadership team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 - 3 years of experience who’s passionate about process, structure, and helping teams deliver high-impact results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
