What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects by partnering with clients, leading junior employees, and providing excellent service
- Participate in business development, develop proposals in response to competitive RFPs
- Communicate with clients to gather data and present project results
- Ensure alignment with Proposition 218 requirements during financial planning processes
- Deliver results in public settings, including citizen community meetings and City Council presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience managing projects for water, wastewater, energy, and/or solid waste utilities
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to develop solutions based on analysis and client goals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience in financial modeling and analyzing financial performance of public utilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience working in a municipality or utility setting
- Background in public speaking and technical writing
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
