What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic project execution by leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle
- Apply adaptive project methodologies, utilizing Agile SAFe and incorporating Waterfall principles as needed
- Facilitate team coordination, prioritize tasks, and manage risks and issues to maintain project momentum
- Engage and align stakeholders through effective communication and decision-making processes
- Lead governance and vendor management, ensuring compliance with performance standards and risk mitigation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of project/program management experience
- At least 2 years of experience managing vendors within technology projects
- Proven vendor management leadership experience and strategic sourcing practices
- Knowledge of project management best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with effective conflict-resolution abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Management Information Systems
- Experience implementing regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
