      What We Need:

      Reports to the Director of Client Operations, Senior Vice President of Client Services and the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships with managing clients, vendors and other iHeartMedia divisions to fulfill client partnership obligations and maximizing revenue opportunities.

      What You'll Do:

      • Generate best-in-class strategic proposals combining ideation, research, statistical data, and graphics.
      • Preparation and execution of Digital, Social, Outdoor and Radio Buys.
      • Create promotional recaps for each project.
      • Pull research on current and future partnership projects.
      • Create sales orders, process traffic instructions, and promotional paperwork.
      • Execute each media campaign from start to finish.
      • Report on campaign revenue spend.
      • Assisting with campaign financials and billing.
      • Other assignments as needed to facilitate partnership opportunities.
      • Day-to-day duties include digital asset creation and delivery tracking, research, ideation on projects, strategic proposal writing, statistical analysis, schedule building, trafficking creative to media partners, and recap preparation.

      What You'll Need:

      • Superior skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
      • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Experience with Salesforce, Strata, Miller Kaplan X-Ray, Media Monitors, and other project management software is a plus
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
      • Minimum high school diploma required; some college experience or degree preferred
      • 1+ years in a Project Management or Key Account Coordinator position
      • Candidate must be team-oriented and proficient in Windows-based programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      • Knowledge of radio, digital, social, and outdoor assets

      Compensation:

      Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

      $19.23 - $26.44
