What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple retail and specialty site projects from concept through completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate due diligence efforts and manage vendor performance
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building
- Identify and mitigate potential liabilities and risks throughout the project lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in retail construction, including management and negotiation with contractors and vendors
- Strong understanding of construction methods and HVAC/MEP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management techniques, including budgeting and scheduling
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and local building codes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a construction contractor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with presentation abilities
- Proficiency with MS Project and project management tools
- Experience working with landlords and owners in construction projects
