      Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

      Position Overview

      Under the direction of the Director of Operational Planning, the Project Manager will manage the planning, implementation and completion of projects.

      Experience

      • Minimum of three years of progressively responsible business/project management leadership experience in a complex environment.
      • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
      • Lean Six Sigma experience is a definite asset.

      Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

      • Business background with relevant degree/certification.

      Certification/Licensure/Registration

      • Project Management Professional certification an asset.
      • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within a team-based organization.
      • Self-motivated.
      • Strong computer skills.
      • Effective time management skills.
