Your Responsibilities
1.Ensure that all Machine Building China projects assigned are delivered on time, within budget and agreed scope.
2.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
3.Effectively manage project risks through mitigation planning and execution.
4.Communicate project status across functions within Machine Building China as well as stakeholders.
5.Following up on manufacturing, purchasing and assembly of project needed parts and coordinate activities with all parties including internal customers.
6.Support our Purchasing area when defining bill of material for standard and non-standard parts. Coordinate work with Engineering area.
7.Managing and involving project team and stakeholders
8.Responsible for reporting status, risks and challenges to Director of Machine Building China.
9.Following relevant Corporate, local and departmental instructions and guidelines; Employee Handbook, CES, Anti-corruption, EHS, etc.
10.Contributing to general competence development and sharing best practices within the departmentYour qualifications
1. bachelor’s degree or above with major in Electrical /Mechanics /Project management.
2. At least 2-5 years proved experience in technical project management.
3. Experience in mechanical and automation design and documentation. Stakeholder management and cost control at a higher level
4.Able to work in a structured way even with many simultaneously tasks.
5.Proactive and good teamwork to work in an international environment.
6.Flexible and result oriented
