- Apply sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principals for all aspects of the project(s)u202Fu00A0
- Make independent decisions on architectural problems and methodsu202Fu00A0
- Solve problems creatively with consultantsu202Fu00A0
- Negotiate and draft/write contractsu202Fu00A0
- Assist with business development and collaborate with other studios, as neededu00A0
- Develop and leverage existing client relationship for the purposes of wining worku00A0
- Interpret design concepts by collaborating with project team and translate them into workable construction systems and detailing, while maintaining design intent and advocating for design excellence.u00A0
- Prepare appropriate documentation and deliverables from schematic design through construction administration in accordance with established firm and industry standardu202Fu00A0
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the architectural fieldu202Fu00A0
- Bachelor's degree; B Arch or M Arch desiredu202Fu00A0
- Architectural licensure is requiredu202Fu00A0
- LEED Accreditationu202For within 18 months of hireu202Fu00A0
- Must have a proven track record as a Project Architect / Project Manager with complex healthcare projects involving work that ranges from Pre-design through Construction Administration, including contract negotiation, work plan development and the ability to work with a variety of project delivery methodologiesu202Fu00A0
- Excellent leadership, verbal and communication skills, and effective client relationship skills and talent for leading and working with diverse teams of designersu202Fu00A0
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM delivery implicationsu202Fu00A0
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,u202FSketchup, Rhino or 3DS Max desiredu202Fu00A0
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesu202Fu00A0
- Ability to work in a collaborative, design focused open environmentu202Fu00A0
