      The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the organization. Working closely with senior management and stakeholders, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

      Hybrid remote to Gainesville, FL location

      Key Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the business transformation strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

      • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.

      • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments to gain buy-in and support for transformation efforts.

      • Lead change management efforts by communicating the vision for transformation, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

      • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for optimization.

      • Oversee the implementation of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

      • Establish mechanisms to track and measure the progress of transformation projects against predefined KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

      • Identify potential risks and obstacles to successful transformation, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.

      • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, evaluating outcomes, and refining transformation strategies and processes accordingly.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

      • 7+ years as a career project/product/program manager with specific experience in driving complex, long-term, strategic projects consuming many cross-functional resources.

      • Project management experience.

      • BS Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

      • Global customer facing project management experience (e.g. managing projects/customers in multiple countries).

      • Demonstrated experience building & implementing best practices from scratch.

      • Demonstrated experience being an agent of change with proven track record of influence and driving required operational change.

      • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement a project management framework that drives consistency and operational excellence.

      • Experience working in matrixed and complex organizations and an appreciation of how to execute in a high growth, fast paced environment.

      • Previous Lean, Continuous Improvement and/or Transformation experience preferred.

      • Microsoft Project experience required, experience with other PM or Agile software preferred.

      Pay Range: $84,300 - $141,138
