- An exciting and challenging opportunity to work with Liquor & Gaming NSW within the Regulatory Engagement Team
- Clerk Grade 7/8 with starting salary range of $110,266 - $122,058 pa plus superannuation and annual leave loading
- Full time Temporary role for up to 12 months based in Sydney, NSW – Hybrid working arrangements may be available within business operational needs
- Coordinate and implement a range of projects, ensuring adherence to established project management methodologies.
- Provide project management support services, handling administrative tasks to enable the project team to complete tasks and achieve project outcomes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors through communication, negotiation, and issue management.
- Coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate information exchange and support the completion of project plans.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring all information is sourced and collated for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation purposes.
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs to support informed decision-making and planning.
- Proven experience in project management or project support roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience in creating content across multiple channels to deliver regular and consistent messaging to identified audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing databases and customer interactions to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to research, analyse, and prepare comprehensive reports and project briefs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage risks and issues.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Officer to join our team and play a key role in the development and delivery of a variety of projects aimed at achieving business objectives. As a Project Officer, you will apply sound project management principles to support the project leads and contribute to the successful completion of organisational and business projects. You will ensure all tasks are completed on time, within budget, to quality standards, and in line with agreed scope.
