      You support Offshore Construction projects by making sure orders are executed timely and with precision – in that way you contribute to the success of the project by accurate and on-schedule supply. You will have a broad interface with internal stakeholders & external suppliers, but mainly your job is focused on order execution. For our Site Logistics team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Order Coordinator. The Site Logistics team belongs to the SGRE Offshore Execution organization. The Site Logistics team is managing the demand and delivery of all necessary tools and equipment for any project worldwide, as well as managing all deliveries of any spare parts, within the Business Unit Offshore.

      Responsibilities:

      As a Project Order Coordinator, you play a vital role in the execution of our offshore wind farm projects. You work as an integrated member of each project’s Construction Management team – while referring to the line organization of the Site Logistics team.

      You support Offshore Construction projects by making sure orders are executed timely and with precision – in that way you contribute to the success of the project by accurate and on-schedule supply. You will have a broad interface with internal stakeholders & external suppliers, but mainly your job is focused on order execution.

      Your main responsibilities and deliverables will include

      • Executing orders in SAP in a timely and efficient manner

      • In charge of resupplies to Project Sites and the diligent follow-up of these resupplies

      • Maintains, updates, and communicates relevant information (regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status, and contract information) from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers.

      • Manages the updates of Rental POs & other related orders, with the information given by stakeholders

      • Further develops their scope by contributing with initiatives and competencies to improve their area of work (O2C Process)

      • Expert in your operational area

      Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills

      • We gladly welcome fresh graduates who would like to start their professional career at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.

      • The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and/or has 3+ years of professional experience from a project logistics environment or Supply Chain, combined with an ability to understand technical topics. Knowledge of renewable energy business and OF project execution preferred.

      • You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders.

      • You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project. Furthermore, it is essential that you master IT skills within SAP, Analysis for Office, and Excel .

      • You are a dedicated team player, self-driven with a responsible and result-oriented approach to your work and when doing this, you understand how to act with respect and build trust. You bring a structured mindset, enabling you to address several diverse tasks daily – while “keeping the full overview” all along a project duration.

      • It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. You are eager to join a global business with a tremendous growth rate and word-wide footprint expansion.
