      Job Description:

      The Project Portfolio Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Finance (FP&A) and be an integral part of the Finance team focused on managing an E nterprise P ortfolio of initiatives . This position allows for remote work. This role is crucial in driving effective capital management, driving efficient portfolio management processes, supporting resource allocation across all projects in the portfolio , driving solid business case and ROI , including monitoring of progre ss and budget along with post-implementation measurement . This indi vidual will also be responsible for leading our “Air Traffic Control” group ensuring cross-functional alignment and appropriate sequencing of initiative roll-outs

      Your responsibilities will include :

      • Manage and own processes and workflows involved in the corporate governance process.

      • Handle project intake, resource management reporting, tracking and reporting of project status and measuring project ROI .

      • Leverage reporting tools to continually monitor performance, identify gaps, and areas needing improvement.

      • Implement and maintain software tools designed to drive portfolio visibility and resource deployment , including development of program/project management templates.

      • Close cross-functional partnership with various Governance Subcommittees and initiative owners which includes senior leaders.

      • Report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.

      • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to all stakeholders, including senior management, team members.

      • Provide regular updates via written reports, presentations, and meetings.

      • Ensure transparency in decision-making processes and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

      • Play a key role in developing content for month ly Governance meetings with Senior Leadership

      • Lead Air Traffic Control , th e rollout sequencing of approved project , in co llaboration with Operation s leaders

      To excel in this role, you should possess :

      • 3 -5 years Project Management or Project Portfolio Management experience

      • PMP, PfMP , or Six Sigma certifications

      • 2+ years of p roven experience in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

      • Experience with portfolio management tools and techniques.

      • Excellent communication skills .

      • Minimum BS/BA in a business-related field (marketing/finance/operations).

      • A bright critical thinker who can pick up concepts quickly.

      • High interest in analyzing business trends and articulating those trends clearly and meaningfully.

      • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

      • Experience with business intelligence tools, analytics, and KPIs.

      • Attention to detail.

      • Healthcare experience is a "nice to have" but not critical.

      • Excellence ability to interface with executives and functional managers

      • The ability to work independently when needed.

      Compensation for this role ranges from $105,000.00 - $125,000.000 based on experience.
