      Job Purpose

      Join us to be our next Project Procurement Manager!
      For our Subsea business we seek a highly motivated procurement professional.
      In the Norway Project Procurement team, you will be part of an energetic and multi-cultural workforce which is recognized for its commercial results. You will have management tasks in project procurement and tender. This will directly impacts the our departments performance and you will have a lot of influence. You will be challenged and given much responsibility to deliver good results in this role.

      Job Description

      • Responsible for managing different procurement activities in project and tender work
      • Planning, cost forecasting, negotiations with suppliers, contract drafting and delivery follow-up.
      • You will need to manage procurement packages internally and externally to deliver the goods a in time, with good quality, within project budget

      Main accountabilities:

      • Manage Procurement in a project and certain tender activities
      • Work on business cases for product development/technology implementation in close cooperation with engineering and project
      • Guide, train and develop Norway Procurement teams on processes and procedures related to sourcing and procurement

      You are meant for this job if:

      • People and manager skills
      • Structured and commercial mindset, who seek the optimal solution
      • Experience from both tender environment and procurement management
      • Good verbal and written English
      • Excellent communication and team player skills
      • Minimum 3 years higher education within relevant areas like engineering, contracts, procurement, logistics or economics. Master’s Degree is preferred. Work experience can compensate for lack of education.
      • Minimum 3 years or more relevant experience in e.g. Supply Chain, consultancy, projects, contracts, engineering or economics
      • The ability to make and present clear cut business cases to a broad audience
      • Business English
      • Strong MS Excel skills
      • Strong negotiation skills
