- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Conduct regular scrum meetings to track project progress and address any issues.
- Create detailed project timelines and provide accurate estimates for resource allocation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Leadership, and Clients.
- Present project updates and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Involve in costing processes to ensure budget adherence and financial targets.
- Support the product engineering team to achieve desired product development outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in project management.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Prince2.
- Business analysis certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with costing and budget management.
- Knowledge of engineering and product development processes.
