      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support multiple project managers in overseeing the execution of capital facilities projects
      - Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
      - Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays
      - Develop executive-level schedule metrics, management reports, and project dashboards
      - Attend program/project meetings to discuss and review schedules and clarify issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to pass a government background investigation; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or information management
      - 4-7 years of experience in scheduling
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
      - Strong oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the delivery of federal facility projects
      - DHS and/or CBP experience
      - Professional certification in a relevant field such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
