      Job Description Summary:

      Responsible managing workflow settings and roles in CMiC and communicating changes to end users.

      Job Description:

      POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
      • Understand the basic flow of the business processes behind each workflow
      • Understand the basic concepts of internal controls
      • Maintain workflow configuration documents
      • Set up and maintain workflow lookup settings in CMiC
      • Set up and maintain documentation on employee workflow roles
      • Provide initial evaluation and response to FreshService requests for workflow issues
      • Set up and provide employee access for eTime and maintain approvers
      • Set up and maintain roles for Sub Prequal, Business Partner Setup, Commitments / Exception Requests and Opportunity Management
      • Set up and maintain roles and handle new job set up for AP Invoice Approval and Commitments
      • Make recommendations on workflow improvements
      • Maintain professional manner with clients and employees

      • Set up labor charge rates
      • Complete other responsibilities as assigned

      MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
      • 4-year business or related degree plus minimum 2-4 years administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Working knowledge of standard business practices and internal controls concepts
      • Proficiency in the use of MS Office software
      • Functional understanding of ERP software and familiar with Oracle/Textura a plus
      • Strong analytical problem solving skills
      • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
      • Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment
      • Solid organizational skills and an ability to prioritize
      • Proficient English verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner
      • Proficient written communication skills, including business writing skills
      • Reliability, dependability and flexibility
