Job Summary The creative project manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of creative projects from initiation to completion for the internal creative team at Comcast Advertising. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, the video, brand managers, marketing managers and others to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the client's objectives. They manage project schedules, allocate resources, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful execution of creative initiatives. The project manager also plays a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and fostering a collaborative team environment to maximize creativity and innovation within the team. Job Description Core Responsibilities Schedules and leads project kick offs, internal reviews and client reviews Manage project timelines and drive collaborative creative processes internally Update internal status documents and inform stakeholders of key date changes Reviews creative briefs for all creative projects, helps manage resourcing Helps lead kick-off meetings and internal creative reviews with creative team Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of a business need, project goals and alignment with strategic objectives Works cross-functionally with the Brand, Social, Paid Media, Product and other relevant teams in the planning of creative projects Ability to quickly adapt between strategic and tactical thinking and work well within both Expert communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills. Works well under pressure with proven ability to deliver work on schedule Strong management skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects and resources simultaneously. Understanding of the creative workflow and process Ability to communicate and collaborate with creative talent Experience managing internal workflow of multidisciplinary campaigns. Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive Tremendous attention to detail, and extraordinary time-management skills 3-5+ years of creative project management experience with internal creative team or agency (B2B experience a plus) Strong knowledge and experience with project management software platforms (Wrike experience a plus) Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
