- Req#: 32711093710
- Lead multiple commercial and industrial projects (including cold storage, PEMB, and tilt-up construction)
- Coordinate daily with clients, design teams, and field staff to keep progress on track
- Manage jobsite meetings, RFIs, submittals, and documentation using Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam
- Track schedules, budgets, and billing with precision and accountability
- Supervise superintendents, admin support, and field crews
- Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and compliance meet Colombos high standards
- Own the closeout processfrom punch lists to warranty handoff
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical/trade training
- 57 years of construction management experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods across multiple structural types
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools like Primavera P6
- Ability to read plans and navigate codes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

What Youll Lead
As a Project Manager, youll take point on projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating directly with clients, superintendents, architects, and trade partners. Youll be the bridge between field and office, ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.
