- Provides support for a variety of special projects or assignments for various departments as assigned.
- Obtains and utilizes necessary information to assist in completing the assigned project.
- Assists with implementing the assigned project.
- Works with assigned supervisor and other company personnel in order to complete work assignments.
- Ensures timely completion of the assigned project.
- Actively seeks and engages in learning and development opportunities to ensure peak performance by completing and/or demonstrating the following:
- Partners with manager to complete a written Individualized Development Plan that aligns with achieving current performance expectations and supporting potential career goals.
- Applies newly learned knowledge and skills on the job.
- Shares information with others that may benefit from his/her expertise.
- Seeks coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the workplace.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the company's compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manages risk by completing all mandatory compliance and regulatory training assigned by the stated due date.

Position Overview
The Project Support Specialist is responsible for providing support for a variety of special projects or assignments for various departments as assigned. The individual in this role will coordinate work within and outside the department, reporting pertinent information and responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Skill(s)
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all company products and services; a working knowledge of operating policies and procedures which impact services; moderate PC skills; ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach with hands or arms, use hands to manipulate objects, handle or feel, and lift items weighing 75 lbs. or less; visual, auditory and speaking skills.
