      Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      Job Summary

      Project Support Specialist II support the national growth of the Hospitality business. This position is responsible for coordinating, and installation for products within the Hospitality business; HN (Hospitality Network) ACS (Advanced Convention Services) and BPRF (Blueprint RF). Partners with project managers and other stakeholders to meet key deliverables throughout the life cycle of all installations.

      Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions

      • Adheres to standard proactive customer communication intervals including phone calls and emails which provide updates to the customer on the progression of implementation milestone and scheduling changes.

      • Updates and Tracks projects in Project Management tools and provides consistent updates and communications to the status of projects.

      • Partners with Project Management staff to assist during project lifecycle.

      • Create and submit purchase orders for equipment to multiple vendors.

      • Work with vendor to confirm equipment pricing, track status and to resolve any backorders.

      • Provide and maintain list of shipping information of equipment for each project and provide to property and/or project manager.

      • Assist the property in the location where the equipment will be stored and ensure that all equipment has been accounted for.

      • Track equipment unused and returned to warehouse.

      • Once project is installed, understand the statement of work completed for billing, vendor, and manufacturer purchase order reconciliation.

      • Receive and apply vendor charges to the appropriate project, using tools such as Salesforce, Oracle and Quotewerks.

      • Approve purchase orders, using tools such as Oracle, and Salesforce.

      • Validate final bill to property and submit to billing.

      • Work with billing team on customer disputes, questions on bill.

      • Willingness to pivot to support cross functional teams i.e.: Hospitality Network, Blueprint RF, Convention Services, etc.

      Leadership Competencies / Skills

      • Works effectively and influentially across boundary partners to achieve desired outcomes.

      Qualifications:

      Minimum

      • High School diploma/GED or 1 years of experience in hospitality, convention, or project Management.

      • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Products, Teams, Salesforce, etc..

      • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and collaborative skills to work effectively throughout the organization.

      • Successfully meet (and maintain) additional background check requirements for specialized projects/services.

      • Able to identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem-solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.

      • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as business needs dictate.

      Preferred

      • AS/AA or Technical Certification in related discipline strongly desired (i.e., Business, Accounting, Project Management).

      • Experience in billing and/or accounting practices.
