      Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

      Job Description

      The Project Support Specialist II is responsible for the successful set-up and configuration of Cox Automotive software suites, with focus on DT DMS, VinSolutions, and/or Xtime. A Launch Consultant II must be an excellent communicator and multi-tasker, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsible to assist the customer in selecting the appropriate settings and configurations to meet the individual dealer needs and assist dealer clients with their understanding of their purchased products. Team members are responsible for being a reliable resource to the Launch Consultant team and a dependable team member to assist with the tasks of client on-boarding.

      What You'll Do

      • Meet with dealers to review and enter needed setup information

      • Discuss dealer process flow and walk them through staging criteria to meet their current business model

      • Perform final configuration, confirmation, and verification of system settings as approved by the dealer

      • Determine the changes desired with the implementation of the dealers new account to ensure dealer is setup for success

      • Test and validate the functionality of purchased products

      • Effectively communicate onboarding status through daily/weekly updates and final implementation recaps

      • Successfully complete training/certification for assigned business unit (DMS, Vin, Xtime) and setup single point dealers with minimal account load, working towards successfully managing a full account load and meeting Cox minimum requirements for level II position

      Who You Are

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field

      • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment

      • Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills

      • Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate in a way that retains engagement

      • Exceptional ability to problem-solve, multi-task and prioritize effectively to ensure successful completion of each product launch

      • Patience with customers of all technical and business skill levels

      • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive situation with diplomacy and tact

      • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications

      • Ability to work at a PC using web-based tools for extended periods of time with limited interruptions

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Automotive Industry experience preferred

      • Experience working with Salesforce or CRM systems a plus

      • Experience with web-based virtual meetings

      • Experience with Xtime products/service

      Benefits

      Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
