      We are seeking a highly skilled Project Vice President to join our leading global healthcare company on a growth trajectory. As the Project Vice President for our Fill & Finish site expansion project in Montes Claros, Brazil you will play a critical role in bringing Novo Nordisk’s strategic expansion goals to life.

      The position

      As Project Vice President you will be responsible for the overall project scope, budget, quality, and schedule of our Montes Claros capacity expansion project. You will ensure that all necessary resources and systems are in place to secure effective project management in compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Fill & Finish Expansions and be accountable to executive management, Product Supply, and Injectable Finished Products.

      Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with responsibility for designing, planning and building all major expansion projects across Novo Nordisk within Fill & Finish to meet the needs of patients. You will be part of a global team developing the pharma facilities of the future. The Montes Claros expansion will be automated and include state-of-the-art new production technologies build on sustainable principles to support the circular for zero strategy of Novo Nordisk.

      As part of a global organisation executing similar expansion projects around the world, your will be part of a global project communities with extensive knowledge within project execution and Fill and Finish. This will also over time open a variety of career opportunity.

      Qualifications

      • To succeed in this role, you must have a high degree of independence and extensive experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering successful large expansions projects on-time and within budget within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, oil & gas, flight industry, or nuclear power
      • Strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
      • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholder in a global network.
      • Master’s degree in engineering, Pharma/chemistry, Business administration or similar is preferred.
      • Certification PMI PMP or AACE CCP, CEP, PSP or similar is preferred.
      • Fluency in English, with Portuguese as a plus.
