  Responsibilities
  
  1. Conduct CAM true-up process.
  2. Roll forward CAM schedules.
  3. Update tenant billing schedules.
  4. Adjust capital cost schedules.
  5. Modify spreadsheet headings.
  6. Populate billing schedules.
  7. Set up workbooks for financial reporting.
  8. Finalize expenses and formulas linkage.
  9. Identify and address weaknesses in property accounting processes.
  10. Assist with transitioning temporary staff.
  11. Utilize strong Excel skills.
  12. Apply accounting principles.
  13. Demonstrate real estate industry knowledge.
  14. Support other accounting tasks.
  15. Participate in team meetings.
  16. Adhere to deadlines with attention to detail.
  17. Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
