      About the Role

      Supporting the CTOO PNG, you will lead the Property and Managed Services team, ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient workplace environments that underpin business continuity and client trust. You are accountable for aligning property operations with business objectives, managing contractor performance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. With a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction, this role plays a critical part in enabling ANZ’s long-term operational resilience and service delivery standards.

      Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

      What will your day look like?

      • Ensure a high-quality, safe, and professional workplace experience for internal stakeholders and customers across the PNG Corporate Facilities and staff residential apartments.
      • Effective and consistent analysis of team data/performance, driving customer service satisfaction as measured by a clear understanding of associated Customer Moments of Truth (CMoT).
      • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of facilities management and corporate service processes and systems.
      • Manage external contractors’ and service contract performance metrics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and value for money.
      • Lead and develop a team of facilities and service professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
      • Demonstrate ANZ values and align team culture to achieve business outcomes, fostering collaboration across teams/business units to remove barriers and enable objectives to be met.
      • Ensure a “no surprises” ethos is in place at all times.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies legislation and regulations (Statutory and Regulatory).

      What will you bring?


      To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

      • Proven people leadership experience and Commercial Property Management and Facilities Management experience
      • Ability to pivot and multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment
      • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, interpersonal and team working skills
      • Ability to work independently, attention to detail and capacity to deliver to deadlines
      • Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools and applications
      • Relevant exposure and experience in similar industry
