      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
      - Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the Property claims team
      - Guide and lead staff in claims handling and performance improvement
      - Manage service levels by organizing, distributing, and monitoring workflow
      - Conduct periodic reviews of claims files and coach the team on performance objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of progressive claims adjusting experience, including at least 2+ years in property claims
      - Effective customer service skills with empathy and concern for clients
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
      - Strong investigative and analytical skills
      - Ability to coach, guide, and motivate employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College/University degree preferred
      - Professional designation in the insurance industry and a desire for continued education
      - Excellent knowledge of various types of property policies
      - Highly proficient time management and organizational skills
      - Exceptional advanced negotiation skills
