 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Evaluate insurance policies and claims to determine coverage
 - Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering reports and inspecting damages
 - Communicate with claimants and witnesses to gather necessary information
 - Prepare detailed reports and negotiate claim settlements
 - Utilize technology for efficient claim processing and manage an assigned caseload
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
 - Must obtain IIA-AIC designation within 12 to 18 months in the role
 - Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
 - Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to create comprehensive written reports
