PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive work assignments electronically from Field Service Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders while scheduling appointments and conducting surveys/ inspections.
• Communicate in person, over the phone, and via email with Field Service Manager, policyholders/homeowners, and insurance agents.
• Complete field surveys/ inspections while adhering to all of Mueller Report’s field policies and procedures.
• Upload completed work to Quality Assurance department via company mobile app or the internet.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Own and be comfortable using a Smartphone or Tablet (Apple or Android)
• Own and be comfortable using a computer (PC or Mac; Google Chrome web browser required) as well as a printer
• Regular, reliable access to Wi-Fi and high speed internet
• Possess a reliable vehicle and an insurance policy
• Be comfortable working in various weather conditions

Our Inspectors are required to adhere to Mueller Reports’ dress code and conduct themselves in a professional manner. This can be a physically demanding job and will require the Inspector to work outside in all elements, get from one location to another quickly/ efficiently. Successful candidates will be self-starters and able to effectively manage their time.
