      At KFH we are looking for a Property Inspector to join our Build to Rent team in Wimbledon.

      What’s the role?

      Key responsibilities include:

      • • Conduct thorough property inspections in a timely and precise manner.
      • • Document visible defects or breaches of tenancy through photographs and detailed descriptions.
      • • Serve as the primary contact for tenants encountering issues throughout their tenancy.
      • • Arrange and complete bi-annual property visits and escalate concerns to senior management.
      • • Manage inventory preparation and coordinate keys and onsite team awareness.
