- • Conduct thorough property inspections in a timely and precise manner.
- • Document visible defects or breaches of tenancy through photographs and detailed descriptions.
- • Serve as the primary contact for tenants encountering issues throughout their tenancy.
- • Arrange and complete bi-annual property visits and escalate concerns to senior management.
- • Manage inventory preparation and coordinate keys and onsite team awareness.
