      Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

      Job Summary and key responsibilities:

      Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Fallowfield. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for our tenants and landlords, assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
      • Booking of property visits
      • Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
      • Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
      • Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
      • Photocopying, scanning and filing
      • Running errands within and outside of the office
      • Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.

      What are we looking for:

      • Excellent communication, written and verbal
      • Professional telephone manner
      • Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
      • Full UK Driving License Required
