      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the property and manage leasing and maintenance staff
      - Ensure positive interactions with prospects, residents, and family members
      - Maintain property rentals through advertising, filling vacancies, and enforcing leases
      - Manage budgeted financial expectations, including rent collections and occupancy goals
      - Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data and trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management
      - Strong Microsoft Excel skills
      - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage difficult customer interactions
      - Exceptional customer service and time management skills
      - High integrity, positive attitude, and self-directed work ethic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in hiring and developing team members
      - Familiarity with property management software or systems
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution
      - Ability to operate a vehicle for work-related purposes
      - Knowledge of occupancy policies and procedures
