      What this job involves:

      The ANZ Property Marketing Associate works with the ANZ Property Marketing team to support the marketing activities associated with helping commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or buildable land to prospective occupants and developers. The ideal candidate has an acute eye for detail and can manage multiple projects and priorities.

      The Property Marketing Associate will primarily spend their time supporting the Senior Manager, Property Marketing in managing agency and supplier relationships. You will also have the opportunity to influence and collaborate with the Business Support network to ensure exceptional execution of property marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will coordinate training and product presentation sessions with Business Support and other teams to enhance campaign effectiveness. This role also includes, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns. Collaboration with internal and external design teams will be essential in ensuring brand compliance and seamless integration of creative elements into campaigns. Lastly, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date and well-organized property marketing materials across various platforms.

      Other duties include:

      • Work with the Business Support network to ensure all in-team executions reflect marketing best practice

      • Own all property marketing materials including onboarding programmes, playbooks, packages and pricing

      • Work with the Senior Manager, Property Marketing to manage ongoing relationships with agencies and suppliers

      • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practices

      • Coordinate email content to the agency businesses

      • Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships

      • Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with network and JLL teams.

      • Help with ideation, coordination and execution of property marketing campaigns

      • Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows

      We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in a marketing and/or business development role, or comparable intern experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

      • Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks at once

      • Outstanding organizational and project management skills

      • Comfortable and confident taking charge of a project or situation in order to meet business/client goals

      • Team oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done

      • Is a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently

      • Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely

      • Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step

      • Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
