      The Property Officer is critical to making this happen and will:

      • Coordinate and support in managing all facilities related tasks and to meet the property requirements for the business units, in a way that delivers a cost effective and efficient property solution;

      • Maintain a good working knowledge of the Fiji property market and industry practices to challenge & bring value and will work closely with the Manager Property, Fiji, to understand business needs & to shape property contracts to meet or exceed business expectations; and

      • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a timely delivery of services to business units and any other duties assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.

      Role Location: ANZ House, Suva

      Role Type: Fixed-Term (2 Years), Full time

      What will you bring?

      To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

      • Extensive years of professional experience in property services roles;

      • Relevant qualifications with strong verbal and written communication skills.

      • Working knowledge of relevant Acts, laws, regulations, contract documentation and accepted industry practices regarding repairs and maintenance work;

      • Hold a full current driving license for site inspections when required;

      • Ability to work in a large business environment characterised by multiple internal stakeholders and ability to work with structure in a challenging and rapidly changing environment;

      • Computer knowledge and skills, and familiarity with applications, MS Office suite; and

      • Open communicator, collaborative and always wanting to excel and drive results.
