      Description

      As the Property Project Manager, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing property-related projects and initiatives within an organization. This role involves managing the planning, execution, and delivery of property projects, such as renovations, expansions, or relocations. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success. The role also calls for establishing project goals, developing project plans, and allocating resources effectively. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring project progress (on-site), track milestones, and manage risks and issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project budgets, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

      Primary responsibilities include:

      • The incumbent is responsible for project planning and execution, which includes solving a range of construction problems that pertain to developing project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables for property related projects.
      • The incumbent is responsible for stakeholder management, which includes maintaining regular communication and providing project updates to the necessary key stakeholders.
      • Overseeing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion and ensuring all project specifications are met.
      • The incumbent understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish their work. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for budgeting and cost control, which includes monitoring project expenses and implementing cost control measures.
      • The incumbent should be qualified to analyze and comment on architectural design and construction documents, have the ability to identify issues relative to building codes, to include the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for accessibility guidelines.
      • In addition to budgeting and cost control, the incumbent is responsible for quality assurance and compliance, which includes conducting regular on-site inspections and quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
      • The incumbent is responsible for team management and collaboration, which may include explaining information to others in straightforward terms, or leading and managing project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors.

      Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

      • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred or 10 years relevant experience.
      • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
      • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
      • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
      • Valid Driver’s License, required

      Hours & Work Schedule

      • Hours per week: 40+ Hours
      • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
