- Plan and organize all phases of onboarding newly awarded property management assignments with minimal guidance and/or supervision using department tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among Property Managers, Client Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Human Resources, IT, and clients involved in the property transition.
- Track receipt of all signed Property Management Agreements.
- Coordinate on-site diligence efforts following a due diligence checklist for assigned properties.
- Serve as trainer and mentor to both regional and property managers during transition of both new and existing properties.
- Maintain Transition Checklist that itemizes all aspects of a property transition when onboarding and offboarding.
- Attend coordinator meetings to provide updates of all transitions to Senior Vice Presidents.
- Collaborate with Senior Vice Presidents to obtain client information, analyze and interpret new growth opportunities, field questions, make recommendations, and establish strategies to transition new properties into company.
- Additional assignments regarding onboarding and offboarding dispositions as requested.
- Performs high-level administrative work, including but not limited to, organizing, scheduling, coordinating, researching, compiling, and analyzing information
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Able to function well in a fast-paced and often high stress environment
- Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Minimum 5 years of related experience required
