What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow and enforce best-practices for proposal development
- Guide stakeholders to define proposal-specific deliverables and milestones
- Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tools
- Facilitate project status meetings and interviews
- Collaborate across business units to gather proposal inputs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing government proposals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of win themes, proposal concepts, and business development lifecycle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Shipley Proposal Management/Proposal Writing training preferred
