Plan, conceptualize and design compelling and impactful graphics to support winning business proposals, sales materials, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
Design and layout proposal documents, ensuring they align with specific proposal objectives and brand standards
Collaborate with Growth, Proposal team members, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to strengthen brand, solution and value messaging through visuals
Convey complex, technical information and data through visually engaging graphics, charts and infographics
Recommend strategic improvements to proposal and presentation design
Ensure consistency and accuracy in all graphic elements
Act as a brand champion and resource for graphic design methods and tools, develop and implementing process improvements, tool(s) improvements, and best practices
4-6 years of professional graphic design experience required
Sales experience preferred
Associate Degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related discipline is Required; Bachelors Degree in graphic design, visual arts or related discipline is preferred (an additional 3 years of professional graphic design experience would be considered in lieu of an applicable degree)
Outstanding skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Proven ability to strengthen business messaging and brand identity through graphics and data visualization
Be collaborative and have an engaging attitude; ability to work well in a detail-focused, highly deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
Portfolio showcasing ability to bring business and growth strategy to life through creative, impactful design
Ability to handle multiple project assignments at a time, set priorities, manage time, and organize work according to best practices
Keen eye for detail
Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when project deadlines require

The Proposal Graphic Designer is a member of the EdAdvisory Growth Team supporting our Client Relations, Client Services, and Solution Architecture teams as they strategically position EdAdvisory Solutions in market. This role will recommend, create, and own strategic and high-impact graphic design solutions to support the production of winning proposals, sales materials, and presentations, including but not limited to long document layouts, PowerPoint presentations, story boards, marketing collateral/brochures, illustrations, and interactive PDFs.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.
The Proposal Graphic Designer is a proactive team player, excited and ready to engage on a multitude of projects with various teams, focusing on the design and development of proposals and supporting graphics, presentations, and positioning materials - from concept to completion. Must have outstanding skills with the most common design software solutions, like Adobe, PowerPoint, and the like to create expectational presentations and proposals, translating complex solutions and outcomes into creative and compelling customer-facing materials.

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 – $102,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 80 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
