      Proposition Consultant – Salary : Circa £35,000 - £45,000

      9 month FTC

      Are you passionate about shaping product propositions and driving business growth? This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Open Product Team within Individual Protection Propositions at Aviva.

      A bit about the job:

      As a Proposition/Product Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day proposition and product management activities. This includes developing compelling product propositions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and gathering feedback to enhance product competitiveness. You'll collaborate with internal teams to launch and promote new products, analyse market trends, and participate in various projects to streamline processes and improve team efficiencies.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Knowledge of the protection market and individual protection products

      • Analytical approach with a creative drive to influence through data

      • Delivery and improvement-focused approach

      • Strong stakeholder management skills

      • Ability to organize and drive own tasks with discipline and agility

      What you’ll get for this role:

      • Salary: Circa £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).

      • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s

      • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in

      • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days
