Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.
Two or three years previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Hourly Rate: $17.59
