- degree or equivalent. Requires acceptable completion of basic security officer training.
- Assignment to the Communications Center requires successful completion of 911 and
- Communications dispatch training.
- The candidate must have one (1) year of security experience in the Protective Services Officer
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

The Protective Services Officer (Security Officer) is responsible for patrolling JHMI campus via foot, mobile unit or bicycle to protect against illegal activities, theft, fire, vandalism, hazardous conditions,
infringements, etc.

Salary Range: Minimum $17.11/hour - Maximum $28.26/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
