      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and provide oversight to a team of Provider Account Specialists supporting primarily Physical Health Providers
      - Assist in training and consultation related to provider issues for the Physical Health Provider Network Relationship Manager
      - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the provider network and support provider contracting
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers, facilitating support and resolving issues as needed
      - Create reports and provide technical assistance to ensure optimal outcomes for providers and members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in mental health, public health, social work, psychology, education, sociology, business, or public administration
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in health-related fields, social work, or education, including experience in network operations and provider relations
      - Three (3) years of supervisory, consultative, or administrative experience
      - Considerable knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare programs
      - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree and two (2) years of experience directly interacting in a clinical environment
      - Experience in managed care within the State of North Carolina
