- Perform high-level desk reviews and special projects
- Ensure workloads are current and operating within guidelines and budgets
- Provide technical coaching and direction to staff
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and serve as a subject-matter expert

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or finance
- 5 years of Medicare auditing experience
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare reimbursement principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Medicare/Medicaid regulations and various software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA or other professional certification
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Medicare Cost Report software
