      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a point of contact for provider compensation and benefit inquiries, providing clear and accurate information
      - Collaborate with Provider Recruiting to support provider hiring and retention efforts, ensuring competitive compensation packages
      - Review and compile historical data to establish trends and prepare reports for accuracy of pay
      - Track and analyze provider compensation data, conducting audits to ensure compliance with the Provider Compensation Program
      - Assist with internal and external audits related to provider compensation and benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or healthcare administration; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
      - Two (2) years of experience in human resources, compensation, or employee benefits, preferably in healthcare
      - Three (3) years of Microsoft Office experience with advanced experience using Excel
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM or HRCI Professional Certification
      - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Certification from World at Work
