      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead negotiations for provider-specific institutional, ancillary, and professional contracts
      - Analyze financial data to evaluate implications across various business lines
      - Develop and maintain relationships with contracted healthcare providers
      - Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in relevant workgroups
      - Coordinate administrative tasks related to provider contracts and ensure timely payments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, business, or related field
      - At least 1 year of experience in contracting, provider recruitment, or provider relations
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and financial analysis/modeling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
      - Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance payor industry, including legal and regulatory requirements
      - Understanding of CPT-4, HCPCS, revenue, ICD coding, and contract negotiations
      - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
      - Effective time and project management abilities
