      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate and manage contracts and letters of agreements with the provider community to ensure quality and cost-effective services
      - Maintain tracking systems and publish reports according to departmental procedures
      - Support network development by researching, recruiting, and negotiating with providers
      - Clearly communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to various providers
      - Coordinate the preparation and distribution of documents to complete the contracting process in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 2-4 years of provider contract support or negotiation experience in the healthcare field
      - Knowledge of managed care organizations and provider operations
      - Strong communication and negotiation skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 1-3 years of experience in managed care
      - Familiarity with reimbursement processes and billing codes
      - Experience in data validation and database management
      - Strong analytical skills to assist in contract analysis
