What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in provider relations or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electronic health records systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Certification in Provider Relations Management
