- Service providers through multiple channels including phone and chat
- Triage inquiries from healthcare professionals effectively and efficiently
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication with providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience with problem-solving
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Flexibility to work full-time (40 hours/week) during designated hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related environment (office, call center, customer service)
- Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology
