What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Load and maintain provider contract rates and related data in the company system with strict accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of provider data and contract submissions
- Review provider contracts to identify missing or unclear information requiring clarification
- Analyze contract language and medical coding to ensure correct data entry and processing
- Monitor data processing workflows to identify potential issues and bottlenecks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of PPO network experience
- Experience with workers' compensation and group health claims required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical coding knowledge or background preferred
- Experience reviewing and analyzing provider contracts required
- Familiarity with internal tools such as CPD, PCM, or similar systems preferred
