      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Load and maintain provider contract rates and related data into the company system with strict accuracy
      - Review provider contracts to understand contract intent and identify missing or unclear information
      - Ensure timely and accurate processing of provider data and contract submissions
      - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and clarify contract requirements
      - Assist with creating reports and dashboards to track contract data accuracy and processing status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - Minimum 2 years of PPO network experience
      - Workers' compensation and group health claims experience required
      - Experience reviewing and analyzing provider contracts required
      - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical coding knowledge or background preferred
      - Experience with internal tools such as CPD, PCM, or similar systems preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
