      Overview

      Continued growth at Maxor has created a new opportunity for a Provider Engagement Representative. The Provider Engagement Representative conducts business to business, out-bound phone calls to provider in targeted clinics promoting Maxor Specialty’s limited distribution drugs (LDD), services and products to those identified providers primarily through generating sales leads and developing referral partnerships in the industry. The Provider Engagement Representative’s work is highly independent and collaborative in nature.

      Responsibilities

    • Establish and nurture relationships with providers through effective communication. Deliver engaging and informative product presentations.
    • Work independently to research and understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
    • Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers, leveraging provided leads. Skillfully convey the value propositions to potential customers.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and phone call outreach
    • Manage assigned opportunities to meet weekly deadlines
    • Follow a structured sales process with step-by-step scripts, key talking points, objection handling guidance, to engage prospects.
    • Understanding customers' needs and concerns, addressing their questions, and providing relevant information about our products and services.
    • Keep up with LDD (Limited Distribution Drug) product and service information and updates.
    • Work with account managers to ensure a successful transition from sales to account management.
    • Research and qualify new leads.
    • Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
    • Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
    • Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
    • Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
    • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
    • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
    • Ability to exemplify tenacity without the fear of failure.
    • Qualifications

      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred. Previous experience within sales or the industry may be substituted for degree requirement.

      Experience: 4 or more years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the role.
